Position Overview:


As a Product Marketing Manager at Rattle, you will hold a pivotal role in effectively positioning and promoting our B2B SaaS products to the target market. You will be the glue between marketing, sales and product development, crafting compelling messaging, researching and proposing go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth. This role combines strategic thinking, creative ideation, the use of standard product marketing frameworks, and lots of hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Messaging and Positioning: Research and support the ongoing development and refinement of the product positioning and from that craft messaging and narratives to resonate with target audiences that will be used in sales and marketing programs.
  • Product Launches: Develop a product / feature launch process and cadence that drives successful product/feature introductions and adoption by collaborating with the product, sales and marketing teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with and support the sales leadership team by crafting the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell our products and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product strategies and improvements.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content marketing to develop compelling materials such as product brochures, sales presentations, and customer success stories.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to shape product improvements and future developments.


Key Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4-6 years of product marketing experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with the market of revenue tech stacks (e.g., marketing automation platforms, CRMs, forecasting tools, sales enablement platforms, sales engagement platforms etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive product messaging.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of contributing to product revenue growth and achieving goals.
