Senior Sales Enablement Manager

We currently are seeking a Snr Sales Enablements Manager for EMEA. You are responsible for the research, design, and delivery of effective Sales Enablement programs, including sales onboarding programs, sales methodology training, and lunch and learn programs.


You will collaborate with local field sales, digital sales, and channel sales leaders to scope enablement needs, develop training programs aligned to their unique business challenges, and measure enablement effectiveness and outcomes. You will provide quarterly business updates to sales leaders on the program's overall effectiveness and business outcomes. Up to 40% travel is a requirement.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with New Hire Program owner and facilitate Sales Acceleration Workshop (Sales New Hire) in EMEA
  • Facilitate and orchestrate Digital Partner Academy (partner enablement)
  • Deliver Sales Enablement for our Distributor Train-the-Trainer Program
  • Develop and lead Sales Lunch and Learn program (technical and sales fundamentals)
  • Leading Partner Sales Enablement (A la cart enablement menu)
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Leadership to assess partner and distributor enablement needs. Work with product marketing, solution engineering, and channel teams to develop and share content to close the channel enablement gaps
  • Through embedded performance support and leveraging an Agile mindset, provide just-in-time training to meet the sales organization's needs.
  • Orchestrate and support training for the adoption of a standardized sales methodology.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Modern Prospecting tools and work with 3rd party vendors to ensure Sales applies the most effective techniques to increase F5's share of wallet in existing customers and acquire new logos.
  • Develop and deliver whiteboard & light board training
  • Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales leaders in EMEA


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • A number of years of business-to-business sales experience
  • A passion for training salespeople
  • Demonstrate a baseline knowledge of:
  • Instructional Design
  • Modern prospecting techniques
  • Contemporary sales methodologies
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Whiteboard Presentation Skills
  • Executive presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of sales training experience required.
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferable F5 product sales experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis is helpful
  • Demonstrate skills with O365 Suite (PowerPoint)
  • You will demonstrate solution-selling principles.
  • Experience with Camtasia & Articulate 360 a plus


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Duties require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 20% of the time spent traveling (domestic and international). Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. 
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties may require standing for long periods while facilitating/ presenting during sales workshops.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
