Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Intelligence & Enablement

Our platform analyzes APIs and user behavior to provide clients with API visibility, vulnerability & anomaly detection, and prevention tools. Since our founding, we have raised over $85M, recruited over 250 talented team members, and built a customer base of enterprise companies.

This is a high-leverage, high-impact role. Our growing product marketing team is looking for a product marketing manager or senior PMM to 1) become a subject matter expert on the market, our competitors, and our sales team’s needs and 2) deliver the practical research, tools, training, and collateral to enable our sales team and accelerate our growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and Operationalize. 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Market Intelligence & Enablement will be broadly responsible for:

  • Market Intelligence
  • Macro Trends – Keep Noname Security at the vanguard of API security by understanding macro trends and the evolving security technology landscape.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Expand our lead over competitors by running an exceptionally thorough, impactful competitive intelligence program to collect, analyze, and synthesize raw market data into actionable intelligence.
  • Inform Strategy – Enhance the company’s overall situational awareness and serve as the subject matter expert on specific competitors and competitive solutions.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Relationship Building – Develop strong working relationships with sales leaders and account executives.
  • Deliver Impactful Collateral – Create persuasive product briefs, one-pagers, product slides, and similar deliverables.
  • Support Strategic Sales – Provide deal support in strategic sales conversations with tailored materials as needed.
  • Support Marketing Campaigns – Represent Noname at conferences, trade shows, and other events that generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for our sales team.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, as shown by truly understanding customers’ goals, learning new technologies, and understanding both big trends and practical processes.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into essential conclusions.
  • Develop clear points of view and defend them with data.
  • Creativity in seeking new information.
  • Familiarity with APIs and their role in enabling business initiatives and goals.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or similarly cross-functional roles requiring relationship building with diverse stakeholders.
