Senior Product Marketing Manager - Demos and Innovation

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you understand our customers, our community, the problems they face, and how we can best solve them. You are the yin and yang on people and tech, with equal parts effective communicator/people person and heads-down technical nerd. You will work closely with our marketing, engineering, product, business development, and sales teams. You will be responsible for technical marketing content and representing NICE CXone as a technical evangelist at key events and customer meetings.


In this role you will have the opportunity to lead and orchestrate ongoing demos and product launches, including sales enablement and customer evangelism, ensuring everyone gets an chance to see how our market leading, top-notch customer experience platform makes a difference for their business and their customers. This role is demo and product centric, and the ideal candidate will be able to showcase that value through hands-on and recorded demonstrations and presentations including sales, customers and analysts.

Major Functions/Responsibility

  • Translate technical products, key features and functionality into key market messages, showcasing our latest innovations, ensuring sales and customer understanding of our capabilities and direction.
  • Own and drive all marketing-related product launch activities.
  • Lead and facilitate product positioning trainings for Sales, Service, and Support teams
  • Produce customer-facing product demo stories for sales engineers, videos, webinars, and other content to increase product adoption and use.
  • Collaborate across Marketing and Product Management to serve as a key subject matter expert to customers, analysts, and prospects.
  • Work closely with Product Management colleagues to understand product roadmap, features, and functionality to communicate clear and concise use cases for our customers.

Required Education, Experience, and Specific Job Related Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in software technical or product marketing required.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in marketing a SaaS solution preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and effective presentation capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with peer group and senior leadership to achieve goals.
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Video editing experience preferred.
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages a plus
