Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the fraud and fincrime prevention industry.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at SEON, you will be responsible for amplifying our product marketing strategy on a global scale through persuasive content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create consistency in delivering our positioning and messaging through compelling content to ensure our products are positioned effectively in the market and drive customer adoption.


What you'll do:


  • Market Share: Assess, influence, and capture SEON’s market share globally through strategic content and comms initiatives, amplifying SEON’s positioning and narrative
  • Competitive Analysis: Collaborate with wider product marketing and revenue teams to gather competitive insights to integrate into content
  • Content Strategy & Distribution: Lead content strategy (written and media) to create compelling product marketing content (thought leadership, case studies, customer stories, videos) and oversee its strategic distribution across various channels, including comms. Excellence in translating features/capabilities into customer benefits and language
  • Content Engagement: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to analyze content performance to focus on what influences buyer and customer journey
  • Sales Cycle: Work with wider product marketing and revenue teams to influence and reduce the length of sales cycles through targeted and well-distributed content
  • Win Rates: Collaborate with sales to improve win rates by providing competitive insights and empowering sales with effective content resources
  • Deal Values: Develop strategies to increase deal values through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, incorporating persuasive content
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate customer feedback into content creation, ensuring content resonates with the target audience
  • Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with the demand gen team to ensure acquisition strategies and campaigns leverage targeted content for our ICPs
  • Customer Retention: Collaborate with customer success, account management and lifecycle teams to monitor and enhance customer retention through effective and engaging content
  • Product Adoption: Collaborate with product managers and lifecycle to create engaging content for adoption and launch campaigns


What you will bring:


  • Proven track record and examples of developing and executing successful content strategies
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or strategic content planning, preferably in a global capacity
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather insights from data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • A passion for technology and the ability to understand complex technical concepts to simplify them into compelling narratives
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
