Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with previous B2B SaaS experience to join our amazing marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for translating product features into customer benefits, defining our go-to-market strategies, creating engaging messaging, and supporting various marketing, and product initiatives.


Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing best practices and be a natural, confident storyteller. You should have a strong foundation in product marketing including creating compelling product positioning; an ability to have a technical conversation with Product, while also still easily articulating the benefits of our products; and successfully execute Go-to-Market initiatives and Sales Enablement.


You will collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. You will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with an eye for quality, accuracy, and completeness. You will have an ability to grasp and present the Denticon value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You will heavily focus on tracking performance and have the data and reporting discipline to prove what’s working and what’s not.


In essence, you are the bridge among various stakeholders, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that our products meet the needs of our target customers and remain competitive in the market.


ResponsibilitiesDevelop targeted and meaningful product positioning, content, and messaging that resonate with prospective customers and partners.Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop messaging and effectively position Planet DDS solutions.Collaborate closely with Content and Sales teams to help develop effective enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, videos, and training resources.Lead successful product and feature launches, coordinating activities across marketing, sales, and product teams to generate awareness and drive growth.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product and marketing strategies.Stay up to date with the dental market landscape, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings within our industry.Engage and speak with Planet DDS customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.Deliver market insights to Product as an input to the roadmap, participate in roadmap prioritization.


QualificationsBA/BS degree; MBA preferred (not required)5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years of experience with enterprise software business models and at least 1 year at a senior level.Demonstrated success in developing and driving GTM strategy.Have successfully managed product releases.Great writer and thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of B2B products, trends, and customer pain points.Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.You are a data-informed creative thinker with an affinity for a fast-paced startup environment.Ability to speak the language of product teams and marketing/sales teams fluently, shifting context with ease.Skilled storyteller with a strong point of view.Thrive is a start-up-like environment to turn obscurity into clarity
