Senior Business Intelligence Analyst-GTM

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst focusing on supporting our Go-to-market team at LeadIQ, you’ll be responsible for using data to push insights out to our Go-To-Market team as well as owning our core company level KPIs.


It’s an exciting time at LeadIQ and within our growing Business Intelligence & Analytics team. By using the wealth of data we have at our fingertips to find and deliver actionable insights to teams throughout the company, the BI & Analytics team will continue to push towards serving as the “brain” of LeadIQ.


Note: This role will be 100% remote and you’ll have the opportunity to work with LeadIQ employees around the globe!


The Role

  • Own our Go-to-Market analysis function, including SaaS measurements like ARR Growth, Retention/Churn, LTV, CAC etc.
  • Build and manage an attribution model ranging from sales to marketing to product-led touchpoints - first touch, multi-touch, weighted attribution etc.
  • Help us build and automate our executive level reporting packages and operating cadence
  • Identify opportunities for “reverse ETL” - push insights from our data pipeline into source systems like Salesforce.com and Hubspot to improve our internal user experience
  • Build best-in-class dashboards and visualizations while also making it easy for our own teams to do their own data discovery
  • Evaluate and implement visualization/reporting tools
  • Help to drive company strategy and initiatives through business intelligence
  • Ensure and improve data integrity, accuracy, and quality
  • Maintain knowledge on the latest technology and industry best practices


The Stack

Here are a few of the key tools in our stack today. As a team that needs to keep up with the industry, our stack will evolve and change of course:

  • Tableau (visualization layer)
  • Segment & Mixpanel (product event capturing and analysis)
  • AWS Redshift (warehouse)
  • dbt (for data/dimensional modeling on top of Redshift)
  • PopSQL / Hex (Ad-hoc or Project based querying tools)
  • Salesforce.com (CRM)
  • Hightouch (for Reverse ETL)


The Person

  • At least 4 years of experience or more in data & analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
  • Strong experience in analyzing go-to-market teams and initiatives
  • Hands on experience building and rolling out attribution models, from end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ownership over org-level KPIs like ARR growth, Gross/Net Dollar Retention and Churn, Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost etc.
  • Very solid SQL experience from ad-hoc queries to data modeling
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable executing in a cross-functional, matrixed team structure
  • Strong prioritization skills with high-level of independence at work
  • Ability to present complicated methodologies and results to a non-technical audience
  • Experience building and leading a team (Nice to Have)
