Product Marketing Manager

Remote New York, NY

Position Location: Remote (located in eastern time zone)

Position Summary:


As a world class product marketing leader, you will play a critical role in building sound business cases for innovation that drive revenue for our multifamily, higher education, and commercial verticals that carry out the objectives for parcel locker solutions.


This role requires a strong leader who will partner with cross-functional teams to help take the solution to the next level. The product marketing manager has demonstrated success in planning, preparing, and executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and release schedules. Key activities include strategic planning and creating compelling content: messaging and positioning platforms, product content and sales enablement material to arm our sales and marketing teams with the tools they need to win across a global landscape.


Major Position Responsibilities:


  • Build business cases with an emphasis on market research to uncover needs, identify trends, market size, and revenue opportunity
  • Plan and deliver innovative GTM strategies that carry out the objectives of the CSO
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure execution of all GTM elements are aligned with marketing and communication activities for timely execution and to meet business objectives
  • Architect strong messaging and positioning platforms highlighting our key differentiators and ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuity across all content
  • Define and articulate product positioning and messaging platforms by industry
  • Distill complex technical information into compelling content aimed at target audiences
  • Create accurate, compelling, and timely collaterals, sales enablement, and training material providing the tools and talking points needed to communicate effectively
  • Develop accurate product content and sales enablement material including: data sheets, playbooks, battlecards, blogs, case studies, etc. well-timed to impact our internal and external stakeholders in meaningful ways
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams including: product management, marketing, and sales teams
  • Be the expert on our buyer personas understanding what drives their decisions, how to reach them, and gather deep customer insights to strengthen ROI
  • Analyze the competitive environment and operationalize competitive intel for sales optimization
  • Lead Customer Advisory boards for Multifamily and Higher Education


Additional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area
  • 8-10 years experience in high-tech software product marketing (or related experience) with emphasis on building business cases and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle competing priorities while managing multiple projects
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Persuasive writing skills (writing samples required)
  • Strong project management skills, well organized, and pays attention to detail
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization for US/Canada
  • Remote (located in eastern time zone)
  • Experience in multifamily real estate a plus
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Some travel may be required
  • In lieu of Bachelor’s degree minimum 10 years experience in product marketing or related role


This position has a salary range of:


$87,500.00 - $131,300.00
