Product Marketing Manager

Spiro has a revolutionary sales platform that our customers love, and prospects buy very quickly.


We’re on the cusp of incredible growth and are looking for a product marketing manager to help educate our prospects on Spiro’s innovative platform. This position is a critical supporter of Spiro’s marketing efforts, and will own a variety of efforts including:

  • Content marketing - you’ll create compelling content that showcases our platform’s innovation and differentiation, including building product-specific webpages and supporting assets, including product tour videos;
  • Sales enablement - you’ll work directly with our sales team to help them communicate the value of Spiro’s platform, as well as our competitive differentiation, through a variety of content and training sessions;
  • Customer marketing - you’ll work with our product management team to create and promote webinars to existing customers to educate them on our platform and, importantly, on additional products to buy. You’ll also help support Spiro’s first annual in-person customer event.
  • Market intelligence and research - you’ll analyze market, customer and competitive data in order to contribute to our overall positioning and messaging, helping articulate how Spiro’s approach is vastly different from legacy tools in the market.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience in B2B marketing, with 2-4 years focused on product marketing. We’re looking for a self-starter, who can take technical product details and create compelling content that highlights value to the customer.

We’re looking for a strong content creator with:

  • Experience with competitive intelligence and/or sales enablement
  • Experience managing product launches, working across departments with product management, marketing and sales
  • Excellent competitive messaging and positioning skills at both business and technical levels (working with technical subject matter experts)
  • Strong communication skills - writing and spoken
  • Content creation - ability to take an idea and form a full story, or content and create a video
