To help continue to fuel our growth, we are seeking an effective full lifecycle Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Product Marketing plays an integral role at Trulioo, connecting stakeholders across the business through a deep understanding of our solutions, customers and the market we operate in. You will work collaboratively with the product marketing team to help develop messaging, value propositions, customer segmentation, buyer personas and product positioning You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive key outcomes that support revenue growth and build our brand.

The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful B2B marketing strategies and tactics that support the company’s mission and business goals.


This role will report into the Director, Product Marketing. This is a full-time position that can be fully remote or based out of our offices in Vancouver, BC, San Diego, CA, or Austin, TX.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop go-to-market plans, including planning, product positioning, value proposition development and messaging, related assets and sales enablement.
  • Leverage data and insights to generate balanced and thoughtful perspectives on customers, products and our markets
  • Be the voice of the customer, understand and map their journey, engage with our front lines, mine data, listen to sales conversations and talk to as many customers as possible to understand their landscape.
  • Work with your marketing peers to develop strategies needed to reach different customer segments through outreach activities.
  • Be a great storyteller, one who can translate complex topics into easy to understand language.
  • Guide cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, identify dependencies, and resolve roadblocks with sales, marketing, product, customer success and legal.
  • Develop both strong market intelligence that can be used to arm sales and drive product direction.
  • Be an excellent communicator when producing impactful marketing assets, sales collateral, and product release messaging and assets.
  • Ensure the right goals, KPIs and metrics are tracked when measuring our product and market effectiveness.


You have:


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including marketing, product marketing, and product management.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle marketing strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B.
  • Excellent team player with strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Understand your audience and influence with thoughtful and crisp communication.
  • Strategic and data-savvy mindset.
  • Proficient using a multitude of technology communication tools.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
