Product Marketing Associate

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Associate you will support our marketing and sales teams by crafting messaging and creating materials in line with NewtonX Go-To-Market strategy. Your solutions will address target personas, industries and need states across the entire customer journey.


Responsibilities

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of NewtonX to the sales teams and develop the tools that support the selling process of NewtonX services and products.
  • Content development - create marketing and sales collateral, such as whitepapers, one-pagers, standard and customized presentations based on audience.
  • Market and competitive intelligence – be the specialist about our buyers, their buying criteria, competition and how to differentiate NewtonX in the market.
  • Product knowledge - develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NewtonX, our products, our future roadmap and competitors services.
  • Maintain and build a library of best-in-class collateral within Seismic.
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams — sales reps, designers, developers, writers, product owners — to develop the most compelling content for the target audience.
  • Partner with the growth marketing team to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis.
  • Establishing & meeting hard deadlines. Proactively communicating next steps, needs and blockers to ensure high quality, on-time deliverables.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the market research industry and B2B services marketing; or demonstrated ability in quickly understanding nuances of new industries and developing content marketing strategies.
  • Experience marketing and selling to enterprise F500 organizations.
  • Self starter and strong finisher with a positive, can-do attitude; act as proactive, take-charge lead on projects.
  • Superior written, verbal and presentation skills along with attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  • An ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits across materials to create memorable insights.
  • The ideal candidate can communicate using data visualization and can tell a story in a small amount of space.
  • Creative storyteller and passionate about the nuance of messaging and different audiences needs.
  • Lives the brand, will seek to understand NewtonX guidelines inside out and backwards. You have a knack for using brand language and can spot when a deliverable is one hex off.
  • You are a structured thinker and everything must be organized.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing and working closely with sales teams.
  • 1-2 years of product marketing or go-to-market experience; experience working in market research, technology, business services, or a start-up environment is preferred.
