Market Intelligence Manager (Forecasting, Budgeting & Performance Measurement)

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together:


The successful candidate will own the forecasting and performance measurement of Revenue and ARPU KPIs for Public Mobile, as well as provide keen insights to support strategic marketing decisions.


Here's how:

  • Own the end-to-end forecasting (triage) process for Public Mobile and Prepaid overall
  • Ensure the various elements of the forecast (subscribers, revenue and ARPU) are fully integrated and deliver a cohesive story to leadership marrying targets to strategy and market dynamics
  • Work with Marketing, Planning and Finance primes to align on submissions
  • Work internally with Subscriber & Revenue Planning peers to understand holistic performance relative to targets and complete analyses to uncover opportunities to meet or exceed short & long-term targets
  • Become a trusted partner to Marketing & Business primes
  • Work collaboratively with partners to align upon identified opportunities and take action via one of the 4 P's
  • Present revenue and ARPU opportunities to leadership and gain alignment by putting forth thoughtful, compelling, data supported recommendations
  • Prime the budget and strategic planning process for Public Mobile and the Prepaid portfolio
  • Work with our marketing and planning partners on identifying key programs and market dynamics that should be considered in our 1 to 3 year subscriber and revenue forecasts


Qualifications:

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 2-3 years financial/strategic planning & performance analysis experience
  • Innovative thinker that’s passionate about solving business problems
  • Strong quantitative skills and business acumen with a track record of proactively delivering strategic insights and thoughtful recommendations
  • Great communications skills including experience developing and delivering presentations
  • Proficient at processing complex data into simple views that tell a clear story
  • Proficient in Excel and experience building complex models
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities/needs


Great-to-haves:

  • Intermediate SAS and/or SQL skills considered an asset
