Responsibilities


The Market Intelligence role will own the industry analyst relations to drive positive brand awareness while extracting market knowledge that is relayed to internal stakeholders to influence messaging and solution offerings. They will need to conduct comprehensive market research focusing on key competitors, key industries, and personas in North America, EMEA, and APAC and disseminate those insights to key stakeholder to influence our product and market strategies. Cross-functional relationships will be crucial to inform these same internal stakeholders regarding market trends and competitive knowledge that will continue to influence messaging and product evolution.


This role will serve as a thought leader for the company including participating in speaking engagements and written works and will use business process, industry trends, key issues and personas to help craft go-to-market messaging aimed at the C-Suite to share how Logility’s solutions drive success. The Market Intelligence role will collaborate on the marketing programs and collateral to ensure brand consistency and market relevance and maintain competitive insights in the sales & marketing repository (Klue) so that it is productively useful for client facing teams.


Close collaboration with other departments such as the Center of Excellence, Sales, and Research & Development to ensure cohesive brand message is being deployed and market intelligence is informing actions with the respective teams. This role will also need to collaborate on public relations, and external and internal communications, ensuring coherent and effective messaging. We will need continued education for our client facing teams with knowledge about the business dynamics of the buyer and how to navigate those dynamics to be successful.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • 7-10 years of experience in supply chain planning industries.
  • Strong background in B2B enterprise solutions marketing, product marketing, competitive analysis, analyst relations and sales enablement.
  • Atlanta location preferred
  • Travel requirements (approximately 25% of the time)
