You will lead a team of 5 amazing people who manage credit and collection data across all lines of business at TELUS. Together, you will identify opportunities to influence strategy and reduce involuntary churn and bad debt. You collaborate with multiple teams including finance, credit strategy, collection strategy and marketing for home solutions, mobility, security and technology. With these stakeholders, you and your team will create forecasts for involuntary churn and bad debt as well as support current and new programs that continue to improve the TELUS bottom line.
